*Payment Method*
At the checkout you have two payment method options:
* *Direct Deposit* - select this option if you would like to deposit money directly into our account. Our account details will be provided, and your purchase will be packaged and shipped as soon as we receive the payment.
* *Paypal* - select this option if you would like to pay by credit card. Supported card types include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
*Packaging Information*
At the Tasmanian Wine Centre we take great care in packing your purchases so that they are delivered to you in the condition that they left us. Please note that purchases will generally be packed in recycled packaging unless ordered in bulk quantities.
*Shipping to Tasmania*
Shipping within Tasmania is FREE for dozen orders.
When ordering 1-11 bottles shipping is $5
*Shipping to Mainland Australia*
To keep things simple we quote flat shipping rates for up to 12 bottles. Please multiply rates for larger orders.

NSW & ACT: $16
SA: $20
WA & QLD: $30
NT: $40
*International Freight*
Our ability to sell and ship internationally is dependent on the local laws governing the the country that the products will be shipped to. The price of shipping is dependent on local taxes as well as the quoted freight costs - these can be expensive!
Subject to these conditions we are happy to sell and ship internationally, however, we ask that you "contact us":/pages/contact-us prior to ordering.
*Refund Policy*
Should your purchase be damaged in any way on arrival, the Tasmanian Wine Centre will gladly replace the wines if available or discuss an alternative replacement product. This may not be applicable to aged or cellared wines (see "Terms and Conditions":/pages/terms-and-conditions).
