The founder of Tamar Ridge Wines, Joe Chromy is a Tasmanian wine industry pioneer. Not long after selling Tamar Ridge, he purchased land at Relbia and commenced planting a sizeable vineyard on the rolling hills only a few kilometres north of the airport. A range of classic varieties are already producing great fruit, and wines are available to try in the elegant tasting room.
