The 2009 Hobart Wine Show

The Hobart Wine Show is almost here again, with judging between Saturday 14th and Wednesday 18th of November at the Royal Hobart Showground. The Show is now the second largest in the country with 98 classes and a number of prestigious trophies, including the Tasmanian Wine Centre trophy for Best Riesling. The Awards Presentation Dinner is being held at Wrest Point Hotel on Thursday 19th November, 7pm for 7.30pm. Reservations at Wrest Point Service Centre, telephone (03) 62211700. The trade tasting will be held at the Showground on Friday between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm, and the public tasting from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm the same day.
